If you've never failed, you've never tried anything new.
Many of us, including me of course, have ever faced the failures as something depressing, something bitter, something smothering. But, if we see the pic above, we will see failures from different way. Something often forgotten is a wise word -- failure is a delayed success. The important thing is how we rebuild our self-confidence & come back to battlefield, maybe to face another failure before we get the victory.
Big Zaman at his graduation ceremony. |
Another inspiring facebook status came from my friend. This is a story about the so-called unlucky children, or they are lucky? It depends on how we see by our own glasses. :D
He is Big Zaman, a graduated college student from a prestigious university in Indonesia. He is just an ordinary boy like other boys. But when you read his story about his struggle to accomplish his education, you'll say to yourself that he is amazing. Have he suffered failures? Yes. Just read this & reflect on our own story.
Dawn Loggins at her high school graduation ceremony in Lawndale. |
One more amazing story came from Uncle Sam's land. Dawn Loggins is a girl who was abandoned by her parents, grew up in a ramshackle home with no electricity & no running water. She worked as janitor in her high school & still could keep her status as a straight-A student, even she was accepted to be one of super prestigious university students, Harvard. You don't want to skip her story, right? Just read her story & you'll feel it enlightens you. She is amazingly amazing, isn't she?
Those are examples of positive thinking & the power of determination. Many inspiring stories about failures remain we can learn from. Let's be strong & never give up to reach our dreams. Failure is failure if we never learn from it.
Life is God's gift to us, including failures. We just haven't been aware of that. Maybe we need an hour, a day, or years to make us realize that God gave us failure to make us stronger, humble, or try anything new.
